- No, you do not need. Anyone can enjoy our service at no cost.

- Mainly Central, Sheung Wan, Causeway Bay and Wan Chai in Hong Kong Isalnd and Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon area. We are expanding the scope of our service in the near future.

- When will be the reservation confirmed?
- After you submit your enquiry form, TSUNAGU PRO. team will suggest you a restaurant by e-mail. Your reservation will not be made at this stage. Our team will only make a reservation for you after you agreed and we received your confirmation e-mail. We will send a confirmation email when the reservation was successfully made.

- Can I make a reservation on the day?
- You may, but It depends on the restaurant’s seat availability. Please select the date that you wish. However we may not be able to meet your request. We appreciate your understanding.

- How can I change the reservation time and number of people?
- Please send an e-mail to TSUNAGU PRO.(info@tsunagupro.com)with your reservation number. Your deposit will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy of each restaurant.

- How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?
- It depends on the restaurant’s seat availability. We recommend you to make a reservation 2-4 weeks prior to the day you wish to go. Especially if you are planning to have Sashimi or fresh foods, we would like you to contact us as early as possible so that we can prepare great quality ones. Please feel free to contact us anytime soon.

- How long does it take to get a reply?

We will contact you within 24 hours.
However, we sometimes request you to allow us to have up to 48 hours to check the availability of restaurants.

- How should I pay a deposit and bill?
- If you are required to pay a deposit, please make transfer to the bank account mentioned in a confirmation e-mail and keep the money transfer statement. You are required to pay the total amount excluded a deposit from your bill includes a service charge at the restaurant on the day.

- I need to have a receipt.
- Please ask the restaurant staff who will prepare for you.
